Cal Ripken District Tournaments Open Next Week in Sundown and Friona

The Cal Ripken District Three baseball tournaments open next week with the Major or 12U playing in Sundown while the Minor or 10U will be headed to Friona.

Games open Monday in Sundown with Shallowater taking on Olton at 6:00pm and Levelland hooking up with Morton 8:30pm.

Games continue Tuesday with Muleshoe taking on Sundown at 6:00pm and Littlefield playing the winner of the Shallowater vs. Olton game at 8:30pm Tuesday night.

Wednesday will feature Parmer County against Sudan at 6:00pm and the consolation bracket opening as well.

The championship of that 12U tournament in Sundown is set for Saturday June 18th at 6:00pm.

The 10U or Minor League is headed to Friona with three games on the schedule Monday including Olton against Sudan at 5:30pm, Sundown and Levelland at 7:30pm and Muleshoe taking on Parmer County at 9:30pm. Tuesday will bring Shallowater against Littlefield at 6:00pm, and Morton playing the winner of Olton and Sudan at 8:00pm.

The Consolation Bracket for the opens on Thursday with the Championship game set for Saturday at 7:00pm.
